14 वर्ष के वनवास में राम कहां-कहां रहे...??? प्रभु श्रीराम को 14 वर्ष का वनवास हुआ। इस वनवास काल में श्रीराम ने कई ऋषि-मुनियों से शिक्षा और विद्या ग्रहण की, तपस्या की और भारत के आदिवासी, वनवासी और तमाम तरह के भारतीय समाज को संगठित कर उन्हें धर्म के मार्ग पर चलाया। संपूर्ण भारत को उन्होंने एक ही विचारधारा के सूत्र में बांधा, लेकिन इस दौरान उनके साथ कुछ ऐसा भी घटा जिसने उनके जीवन को बदल कर रख दिया। रामायण में उल्लेखित और अनेक अनुसंधानकर्ताओं के अनुसार जब भगवान राम को वनवास हुआ तब उन्होंने अपनी यात्रा अयोध्या से प्रारंभ करते हुए रामेश्वरम और उसके बाद श्रीलंका में समाप्त की। इस दौरान उनके साथ जहां भी जो घटा उनमें से 200 से अधिक घटना स्थलों की पहचान की गई है। जाने-माने इतिहासकार और पुरातत्वशास्त्री अनुसंधानकर्ता डॉ. राम अवतार ने श्रीराम और सीता के जीवन की घटनाओं से जुड़े ऐसे 200 से भी अधिक स्थानों का पता लगाया है, जहां आज भी तत्संबंधी स्मारक स्थल विद्यमान हैं, जहां श्रीराम और सीता रुके या रहे थे। वहां के स्मारकों, भित्तिचित्रों, गुफाओं आदि स्थानों के समय-काल की जांच-पड़ताल वैज्ञा

आकर्ण्याम्रस्तुतिं जलमभूत्तन्नारिकेलान्तरं प्रायः कण्टकितं तथैव पनसं जातं द्विधोर्वारुकम् | आस्तेऽधोमुखमेव कादलमलं द्राक्षाफलं क्षुद्रतां श्यामत्वं बत जाम्बवं गतमहो मात्सर्यदोषादिह || अर्थात :- फळांचा राजा असणाऱ्या आंब्याची स्तुती ऐकून.. नारळाच्या पोटात [मनात] पाणी  झालं. फणसाच्या अंगावर काटा उभा राहिला. उंब्राचं फळ तर फुटलंच. केळ्यानी मानच खाली घातली. द्राक्ष काळपट तर पडलीच आणि लहानही झाली. जांभूळ [हेव्यानी] जांभळ पडलं. हे सगळं  मत्सरामुळे बरं.! आम्रऋतुच्या शुभेच्छा !!

मैत्री... "सायीखालच्या दुधाला सायीचं दडपण वाटत नाही.   मैत्री तशी असावी, दुधापेक्षा स्निग्ध.   सायीची नंतरची सगळी स्थित्यंतरं म्हणजे दही, ताक, लोणी, तूप ही जास्त जास्त पौष्टिकच असतात.   तसंच घडावं मैत्रीचं.   मैत्रीचा प्रत्येक टप्पा हा व्यक्तिमत्वाचा नवा उत्कर्षबिंदू ठरावा.   मैत्रीत शिकावं, शिकवावं. एकमेकांना समजावून घ्यावं.   खुल्या मनानं कौतुक करावं, चुकीचे होत असेल तर तेही मोकळेपणानं सांगावं.   खरे तर मैत्रीत कोणतेही कुंपण नसावं, मात्र आदरयुक्त मर्यादांचं एक मोकळं अंगण असावं.   मैत्री म्हणजे परस्पर आपुलकीचं, जिव्हाळ्याचं, विश्वासाचं एक संजीवन नातं असावं..!   मैत्र.. जीवनातील एक 'आभूषण' ठरावं..!! The grass is happy in the fields and feel that everything is going fine. It thanks its creator, the God..   Suddenly a cow comes and eats the grass. It feels happy that it has got settled in a new place in a new form and its value has been  added. A drop of curd is dropped inside the milk and it starts getting converted into curd.The milk  feels that its situation becomes worse. Great story It was the coldest winter ever. Many animals died because of the cold. The porcupines decided to group together to keep warm. . This way they covered & protected themselves; but the quills of each one wounded their closest companions. After a while, they decided to distance themselves one from the other & they began to die, alone & frozen. So they had to make a choice. Either accept the quills of their companions or disappear from the Earth. Wisely, they decided to go back to being together. They learned to live with the little wounds caused by the close relationship with their companions in order to receive the warmth & heat that came from the others. This way they were able to survive. In a poor zoo in India, a lion was offered not more than 1 kg of meat a day. The lion thought that its prayers were answered when one day a Dubai zoo manager visited the zoo and requested the zoo management to shift the lion to Dubai zoo. The lion was so happy and started thinking of a central A/C environment, a goat or two every day. On its first day after arrival, the lion was offered a big bag sealed very nicely for breakfast. The lion opened it quickly but was shocked to see that it contained few bananas and some boiled vegetables.The lion thought that may be they cared too much for him as they were worried about his stomach as he had recently shifted from India. The next day the same thing happened. On the third day again the same food bag of bananas was delivered.
